Non-Refundable:

All sales of spare parts are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that circumstances may necessitate an exchange. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date. However, exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Items eligible for exchange will be replaced with a product of equal or lesser value.
  • Only applicable for purchases in Singapore

Defective Products:

In the rare event that a spare part is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a one-to-one replacement service for the defective product. If there are any defects, please notify us within 7 days after receiving the product. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
